The stated mission of\u00a0the Heritage Research Lab is, to develop applied research projects in collaboration\u00a0with communities and civic organizations interested in preserving and\u00a0promoting heritage as a key cultural resource for education and empowerment\u00a0of all community residents and visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080\">USF Heritage Research Lab Approach<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080\">Student participation is an essential strength of the lab. Since its inception\u00a0the USF Heritage Lab has provided faculty mentorship, research training,\u00a0and applied anthropology experience for students at the graduate and\u00a0undergraduate levels.
